Representatives from a dozen Catalan companies and institutions traveled to California between November 26 and 30 to learn firsthand about innovative experiences in the field of energy transition. They did so thanks to an initiative by the Catalan Energy Efficiency Cluster (CEEC), with the support of the Cluster Unit and ACCIÓ’s Silicon Valley office.
The mission included a wide-ranging program of meetings with representatives from various companies such as Google, Plug and Play, Tesla, Netflix, PG&E, and Slac Solar Frontier, among others, in their energy sector aspect as well as in entrepreneurship. The companies are located in one of the areas of the world that are taken as a model in these fields: Silicon Valley, south of the San Francisco Bay.
Specifically, Energy Tools joined the visits to evaluate and learn about the market for accelerators in the field of digitization, for the EBO - Energy Business One energy management program that the company has created.
For five days, representatives from Energy Tools visited cutting-edge companies in Silicon Valley
