Central offices
Energy Tools' central offices are one of our most ambitious projects. With more than 600 m2, the facility, located in the La Moixina d'Olot area, has an energy certificate A, the highest distinction in energy efficiency for buildings. These are some of the features that make it possible.
Self-consumption
Incorporate a 47.88 kWp and 42 KWn photovoltaic installation, equipped with optimization inverters for the control of panel production and battery systems.
Lighting
Includes a DALI regulation system, presence on-off control and exterior lighting with timed twilight cells to avoid light pollution.
Intelligent Home Automation
A system that combines the best OT solutions with the latest IT technology to maximize the energy of the installation.
Vehicle charging
It consists of four semi-fast 22kW charging points for electric vehicles and a dynamic power control system.
Air conditioning
It features an underfloor heating system with a biomass boiler for winter and an aerothermal system with Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) machines in summer.
Insulation and Enclosure
Insulation of roof, walls, and floor with 120mm PIR/Sandwich, with 4+4 glass. Aluminum closures with 65mm and 30mm thermal bridges, respectively.
Grants and Subsidies
Participation in the MOVES III program for the implementation of incentive programs related to electric mobility within the framework of the European Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan, with the support of the European Union.
Project subsidized by the program of incentives for self-consumption and storage with renewable energy sources, as well as the implementation of renewable thermal systems in the residential sector, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, financed by the European Union - NextGenerationEU
